Hire terms
Please read before placing your booking.
Hire period
Standard hire is up to 3 days.
Looking after the items
Please keep everything clean, dry, and undamaged. You're responsible for the items from delivery or pick-up until we collect them. Anything lost or damaged beyond normal cleaning is charged at replacement cost.
Delivery & pick-up
Please make sure there's clear, safe access at the delivery address. Pick-ups are from Browns Bay, North Shore, Auckland — bring suitable transport.
Changes & cancellations
To change or cancel, text 021 662 706. Please give at least 24 hours' notice where possible.
Payment
Pay by card online when you book, or by bank transfer on the day (we'll email you the bank details). Outstanding balances must be settled by collection time.
